DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1.    Goods delivered to the specified address during shopping.

2.    Four shipping methods offered:

·      Local Delivery: Same working day (only in Vilnius!) - Fixed price €4.99.

·      24-48 hours National Delivery: Door to door (all of Lithuania) - Fixed price €4.99.

·      Click & Collect: Pickup at Vilnius - Kalvarijų turgus, Kalvarijų g. 61, 09317 Vilnius, Lithuania (kiosk 11) - Fixed price €0.00.

·      Free Delivery Throughout Lithuania: For purchases over €60.

3.    Estimate Delivery Dates:

·      Local Delivery (Vilnius only):

Orders received on business days (Monday to Friday) before 2:00 pm delivered the same working day after 5:00 pm (Lithuanian time).

Local delivery currently available in Vilnius; expansion planned for other cities.

·      24-48 hours National Delivery (door to door or door to locker):

Orders received Monday to Friday before 2:00 pm delivered on specific schedules:

Monday to Wednesday

Tuesday to Thursday

Wednesday to Friday

Thursday to Saturday

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until next Wednesday.

·      Click & Collect: Pickup at Vilnius - Kalvarijų turgus, Kalvarijų g. 61, 09317 Vilnius, Lithuania (kiosk 11). Orders received on business days (Tuesday to Friday) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) before 7:00 am available to pick up the same day after 9:00 am (Lithuanian time). Click & Collect Pickup Point working hours: Tuesday to Sunday 9:00- 15:00 (Lithuanian time).

4.    Delivery Process:

·      Specific delivery time informed via SMS or email.

·      Items to be accepted by an adult aged 18 or over at delivery.

·      Delivery to the main address entrance only, no apartment or higher floor delivery. We cannot deliver the order to your apartment door or to any floor other than the ground floor. It is the customer's responsibility to take the order to their home. This is how we aim to ensure the safety of both customers and drivers.

·      Deliveries to company addresses on the first floor, not to workplaces.

·      Possibility of re-delivery for additional fees if circumstances prevent timely delivery.

5.    Additional Information:

·      Shipping of frozen and refrigerated goods to other cities via separate agreement (national bus shipments). Contact info@adamasdirect.com.

·      Notification and tracking information provided upon shipment. Contact info@adamasdirect.com if tracking details not received within 24 hours.

6.    Click & Collect Details:

·      Pickup at Vilnius - Kalvarijų turgus, Kalvarijų g. 61, 09317 Vilnius, Lithuania (kiosk 11).

·      Order cancellation if goods not picked up on the purchase day, 50% refund only.

·      No delivery fee for Click & Collect - Fixed price €0.00.

7.    Free Delivery Conditions:

·      Free for purchases over €60 (excluding Kursiu Nerija region).
