RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Right to Refuse Purchase:
· The Buyer can refuse the purchase by informing the Seller in writing (via email at info@adamasdirect.com) within 14 days from the delivery, specifying the return of goods and their order number.
Return Conditions:
· Quality, unused goods in original packaging without losing commercial appearance can be returned.
· Certain goods (e.g., food products, personal hygiene items, gift vouchers) of suitable quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
Poor Quality Goods:
· Products with expired dates, altered consistency due to improper storage, or mechanical damage not caused by the Buyer are considered of poor quality.
· When complaining about poor quality, providing a photo of the poor-quality product is mandatory.
Responsibilities for Return:
· The Buyer doesn't receive a refund for delivery costs when returning quality goods.
· Costs and responsibility for proper shipment of returned/exchanged goods to the Seller fall on the Buyer.
· Returned/exchanged goods must reach the Seller within 14 days from the purchase date.
· Failure to return goods within 14 days relieves the Seller from obligation for replacement or refund.
Process for Poor-Quality Goods:
· Poor-quality goods are exchanged or returned after agreeing on pick-up time and place.
· A document provided for returning/exchanging goods needs to be filled out for online store purchases.
Refund Process:
· Money for returned goods will be transferred to the Buyer's bank account used for purchases within 5 working days from the return day.
